These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all features, tools, content, and services available through HomeConnectingNUSA.com.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By creating an account, posting a job, registering as a contractor, booking a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• “Platform” or “Website” means HomeConnectingNUSA.com and all related services, tools, and features provided by Homeconnecting.
• “User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including visitors who do not create an account.
• “Homeowner” means a User who posts home-service or construction-related job requests on the Platform.
• “Employer” means a User (individual or business) who posts job listings seeking contractors, tradespeople, or workers for home-service or construction-related projects.
• “Contractor” means a licensed or unlicensed individual or business that registers on the Platform to offer home-service, construction, or trade-related services.
• “Tradesperson” means an individual skilled in a specific trade — such as an electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, carpenter, landscaper, or handyman — who uses the Platform to find work opportunities.
• “Services” means the technology platform, tools, and features provided by the Company, including job posting, contractor registration, project management, blueprint takeoffs, bookings, estimation tools, and related functions.
• “Project” means a home-service, construction, or trade-related job posted by a Homeowner or Employer on the Platform.
• “Bid” means a proposal submitted by a Contractor or Tradesperson in response to a posted Project.
• “Content” means any text, images, documents, blueprints, reviews, messages, photographs, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or posted to the Platform by any User.
• “Account” means the registered profile created by a User to access Platform features.

2. Platform Overview — Technology Service Only

HomeConnectingNUSA.com is a technology platform and marketplace that connects homeowners and employers with contractors and tradespeople for home-service and construction-related work, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, handyman services, blueprint takeoffs, job postings, contractor registration, project management, bookings, and related services. The Company provides the tools and infrastructure to facilitate these connections.

The Company is not a contractor, home-service provider, employer, staffing agency, or general contractor. We do not perform, supervise, guarantee, or independently verify the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any home-service job, construction project, or work performed by any Contractor or Tradesperson, unless specifically and expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by the Company.

Any agreement for services is made directly between the Homeowner or Employer and the Contractor or Tradesperson. The Company is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, work quality, or conduct of any Contractor or Tradesperson.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.

B. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Homeconnectingusa@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

C. Contractor Registration

Basic contractor registration on HomeConnectingNUSA.com is available to eligible users. Registered contractors may access homeowner job opportunities and submit bids through the Platform. Registration does not guarantee jobs, leads, or contracts. If the Company introduces optional paid services, subscriptions, or fees in the future, those will be clearly disclosed separately.

D. Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when registering and using the Platform. You may not impersonate another person or entity, create a false identity, or misrepresent your qualifications, credentials, licenses, or business information.

E. Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to keep your login credentials confidential. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Posting Jobs and Projects

Homeowners and Employers may post job listings and project requests on the Platform. By posting a job, you represent and warrant that:

• The information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You have the authority to post the job and to enter into agreements with Contractors.
• The job or project complies with all applicable laws, building codes, and regulations.
• You will communicate honestly and professionally with Contractors through the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform to solicit services outside the Platform in a manner intended to circumvent Platform fees or policies.

The Company reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards, without prior notice.

5. Contractor and Tradesperson Responsibilities

A. Licensing and Insurance

Contractors and Tradespeople are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance required by applicable federal, state, and local laws for the services they offer. By registering as a Contractor or Tradesperson, you represent that you hold all required licenses and insurance for your trade and service area, or that you will obtain them before performing any work. The Company does not verify, guarantee, or endorse the licensing or insurance status of any Contractor or Tradesperson.

B. Compliance with Laws

Contractors and Tradespeople are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, building codes, safety regulations, and professional standards when performing any work obtained through the Platform. The Company does not supervise, direct, or verify compliance with these requirements.

C. Independent Contractor Status

Contractors and Tradespeople using the Platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of the Company. The Company does not control the manner, means, methods, or schedule by which Contractors or Tradespeople perform their work. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between the Company and any Contractor or Tradesperson.

D. Bidding and Accepting Projects

Contractors may review available job postings and submit bids. Submitting a bid does not create a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when a Homeowner or Employer accepts a bid and both parties agree to the terms of the project. Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their bids, estimates, and proposed timelines.

E. Qualifications and Representations

By submitting a bid or accepting a project, you represent that you have the skills, experience, equipment, and legal authority to perform the work described. Misrepresenting your qualifications is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Estimates, Pricing, Payments, and Fees

A. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates and pricing provided through the Platform — whether generated by Contractors or by the Platform's estimation tools — are not guaranteed final prices. Actual costs may vary based on project scope, materials, site conditions, labor, and other factors. Homeowners and Contractors are responsible for agreeing on final pricing before work begins.

B. Payments

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are agreed upon between Homeowners or Employers and Contractors. Where the Platform facilitates payment processing, transactions are processed through our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). The Company is not responsible for payment disputes between Users unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

C. Platform Fees and Subscriptions

The Company may charge service fees, subscription fees, or transaction fees for certain Platform features or services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.

D. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies for specific services — such as bookings or subscriptions — will be disclosed at the time of purchase or booking. Platform service fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Disputes between Homeowners and Contractors regarding project payments are the responsibility of the parties involved. The Company may, at its sole discretion, assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to do so.

E. Payment Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a payment processed through the Platform, please contact us at Homeconnectingusa@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist but do not guarantee any particular resolution.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may upload or submit Content to the Platform, including blueprints, project documents, photographs, reviews, messages, and other materials. By submitting Content, you:

• Represent that you own or have the right to submit the Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process the Content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
• Agree that your Content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or these Terms.
• Agree that your Content is not false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

The Company does not claim ownership of your Content. You retain all ownership rights to Content you submit. The Company reserves the right to remove Content that violates these Terms or our community standards, without prior notice.

Reviews and Ratings: Users may leave reviews and ratings for Contractors and Homeowners. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience. Fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading reviews are prohibited and may be removed. The Company does not endorse or verify the accuracy of any review.

8. Blueprint Takeoff and Estimation Services

The Platform offers blueprint takeoff and estimation tools as a convenience feature. These tools are not a substitute for professional engineering, architectural, or construction expertise. Results generated by these tools are estimates only and may not reflect actual material quantities, costs, labor requirements, or project specifications. Users are responsible for verifying all takeoff and estimation results before relying on them for purchasing, bidding, or construction decisions.

The Company makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any estimate or takeoff generated through the Platform.

9. Bookings

The Platform may offer booking features that allow Homeowners to schedule services with Contractors. Bookings are subject to Contractor availability and acceptance. The Company does not guarantee the availability of any Contractor or the completion of any booked service. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be disclosed at the time of booking.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, bids, reviews, or information
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users without their consent
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Post or transmit spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or chain letters
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Solicit other users to conduct transactions outside the Platform in a manner intended to circumvent Platform fees or policies
• Post Content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may subject you to legal liability.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our community standards
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Misrepresentation of qualifications, credentials, or identity
• Repeated complaints from other users
• Non-payment of applicable fees
• Any conduct that the Company determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the Platform, other users, or the Company

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at Homeconnectingusa@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Intellectual Property

A. Company Content

The Platform and all content provided by the Company — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other materials — are the property of Homeconnecting or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Company content without our prior written permission.

B. Trademarks

“HomeConnectingNUSA,” “Homeconnecting,” and related logos and marks are trademarks or service marks of Homeconnecting. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

C. User Content

You retain ownership of Content you submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, you grant the Company the license described in Section 7. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. The Company does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

14. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content, estimates, or information provided through the Platform.

The Company does not verify the identity, qualifications, licenses, insurance, background, or suitability of any Contractor or Tradesperson. Homeowners and Employers are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting Contractors and Tradespeople.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOMECONNECTING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Homeconnecting and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform or any services obtained through the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your Content or any information you submit to the Platform
• Any work performed by you as a Contractor or Tradesperson
• Any dispute between you and another User

17. Dispute Resolution

A. Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at Homeconnectingusa@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

B. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Homeconnecting is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. C. Jurisdiction

18. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
